SelfCare's Service Department
SelfCare provides service at your home. All of our Seating & Mobility consultants are happy to bring demo equipment to your home to trial and discuss with you how the equipment will work for you in your home environment. This is especially important for power mobility, scooters and power wheelchairs so that you can evaluate the turning radius, storage and charging considerations.
Technical Department
SelfCare is an authorized dealer for all the major medical equipment suppliers as well as for a large number of specialized manufacturers. This means our technicians have received manufacturer training and can provide full service to cover any warranty repairs.
Deliveries
We don’t make you wait all day for our deliveries!
We schedule our appointments with you in ½ hour increments. Let us know when it is convenient for us to drop by.
All SelfCare deliveries are performed by employees who know the products and will set the product up so it is safe for you to use. We can answer questions you may have about using the products and ensure you are comfortable with them. We are happy to put incontinent products away for you and take the boxes for recycling.
