SelfCare offers health care professionals support in:
- Product knowledge. Our staff receive continuous product training on new products so they can inform you of new product offerings, modifications and product differences.
- Technical support where and when you need it. Our equipment maintenance programs help facilities repair and maintain their equipment. We quote on repair costs and give our opinion on whether or not to repair the item. We can also assist facilities with wheelchair configurations so your time is spent with your clients and not with a wrench.
- Administrative support. We can bill facility residents directly and/or we can provide monthly consolidated billing for facilities
Reference & Product Comparisons
We summarize comparable product information from several manufacturers for easier evaluation. This information is found online in our Health Care Professionals Area, and is distributed biweekly through our e-newsletter.
SelfCare offers inservices on all the products we sell, either in store or at your facility for your staff members. Simply call us to arrange it. Our inservices are free to attend.
