The Vicair Academy Adjuster 6 & 10 Cushions are density adjustable cushions available with 6 or 10 adjustable air pockets. The cushion can be adapted to individual users and is suitable for use by people with amputations or hemiplegia. The cushion contains hundreds of air filled “smart cells” (small triangles) that are extremely durable and supportive while providing for pressure redistribution. Two compartments in the back can be firmed or softened by adjusting the cell density. An isschial bar prevents the user from sliding forward. The front of the cushion consists of two leg channels which can be adjusted for cell density to assist for foot propulsion.
